COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION

Commercial inspection fees are by quote, based on the scope of the inspection and the property characteristics.

THERMAL IMAGING

Per Half-Day of service, including report	$500.00
Per Full-Day of service, including report	$900.00

ENVIRONMENTAL DATA REPORT

     $150.00 (+GE tax)

PERIODIC BUILDING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION

     $125.00 per hour (+GE tax)

CMC ENERGY SYTEMS HOME ENERGY AUDIT

     $125.00 per hour (+GE tax)

DRAW INSPECTION

     $125.00 per hour (+GE tax)

NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION PUNCH LIST INSPECTION

     $125.00 per hour (+GE tax) over and above standard inspection fee

TERMS (Apply to all inspection categories.)

General Excise Tax of 4.712% will be added to all fees.
All utilities must be on during the inspection for electrical and plumbing systems to be inspected.
Payment in full is due upon delivery of inspection report, unless payment is by Escrow.
If payment by Escrow is desired, a $35.00 processing fee (+GE tax) will be added.
A late fee of $35.00 (+GE tax) will be charged if payment is not received within 14 days of delivery of the report, unless payment is by Escrow.
Should a return visit be required, a re-inspection fee of $125.00 per hour (+GE tax) will be charged.
Any inaccessible area will not be inspected.
A fee of $25.00 (+GE tax) will be charged for each returned check.
Cancellation Fee:
If the inspection is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $125.00 (+GE tax) may be applied.
